New Delhi, June 21. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Brahma Kumaris, Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi, organized a special yoga and spiritual awareness program on the theme “A Flexible Mind in a Flexible Body.”
The program aimed to raise public awareness about yoga, mental balance, inner strength, and holistic health. Renowned author and journalist Dr. Darshani Priya was the chief guest on the occasion. In her address, she described yoga as the foundation for a healthy body, positive thinking, and a balanced life. She called for regular yoga practice and urged young people to incorporate yoga regularly into their lives and develop mental strength through meditation.
