NEW DELHI, May 12, 2024—Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav said that Congress workers have been identified,   shortlisted and screened before picking them up for the BLA-2 training camps at the polling booth levels to prepare them for the Lok Sabha elections. Inaugurating a BLA-2 training camp at Badly Assembly today, Shri Devender Yadav said that 423 BLA-2 were given training today, and such training sessions will be held in 10 Assembly segments every day in the next 5 days, as the main focus would be to take the message of Congress president Shri Mallikarjun Kharge and Shri Rahul Gandhi to people, and popularize the 5 Nyay and 25 guarantees included in the Congress manifesto for the uplift of every section of society, particularly youth, women, farmers, labour, marginalized, downtrodden etc..  He said that the shortlisted candidates have been given a bag containing publicity material like the voter list of the area, Congress guarantee card, a copy of the Congress manifesto, publicity material of the Congress candidate for the Lok Sabha elections etc.

Shri Devender Yadav said that a monitoring system has been created to evaluate the performance of the 10 teams constituted for the booth-management training. The booth-level teams will contact first time 18-year-old voters to ensure their support for the Congress and Indian Alliance candidates in the Lok Sabha elections. The first-time voters will be fully informed about the Congress guarantees and the salient features of the party’s manifesto and assurance to the youth to attract them to the Congress and India Alliance.

The training programme was also intended to attract women and elderly to the Congress and India Alliance, and women are being particularly targeted to inform them about the Congress’ guarantees for them, including 50 per cent reservation through legal guarantee, and time-bound fulfillment of other promises of Congress to women to empower them in every field.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the main focus of the Congress would be to strengthen the party’s presence at the booth-level. He said that Social Monitoring team will keep a close vigil on  the performance of BLA and Congress workers for our candidates, and the DPCC will be given a detailed report of the functioning of every booth, as the focus was to ensure the victory of not only the Congress candidates, but also all the candidates of India Alliance in the seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi.

दिल्ली प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने आज बीएलए प्रशिक्षण शिविर का कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की। उन्होंने कहा कि बूथ मेनेजमेंट टीम ने कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं को चिन्हित किया फिर उन्हें सत्यापित करके उन्हें शार्टलिस्ट किया। शार्टलिस्ट करके उन्हें ट्रेनिंग देने की कड़ी में आज 423 कार्यकर्ताओं को प्रशिक्षित किया। प्रशिक्षण शिविर के लिए 10 ट्रेनिंग टीम गठित की गई है जो प्रतिदिन 10 विधानसभाओं में प्रशिक्षण शिविर लगाकर जिम्मेदार कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं को बूथ एजेंट और पोलिंग के लिए ट्रेनिंग देंगी। पहले हम तीन लोकसभा जहां कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार चुनाव लड़ रहे है वहां उनकी विधानसभाओं में ट्रेनिंग दी जाऐगी उसके बाद बाकी चार लोकसभाओं में ट्रेनिंग देंगे जहां इडिया गठबंधन के उम्मीदवार चुनाव लड़ रहे है।

प्रशिक्षण शिविर में ट्रेंड  कार्यकर्ता कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे और श्री राहुल गांधी जी के संदेश कांग्रेस घोषणा पत्र की 5 न्याय और 25 गारंटी के अंतर्गत मिलने वाली सुविधाओं की जानकारी को घर-घर तक पहुॅचाऐंगे। बूथ के प्रत्येक कार्यकर्ता को एक बैग दिया जा रहा है जिसमें क्षेत्र की वोटर लिस्ट, गारंटी कार्ड, कांग्रेस घोषणा पत्र की काॅपी, कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार की प्रचार सामग्री दी जा रही है। बूथ लेवल पर प्रशिक्षण शिविर के लिए 10 ट्रेनिंग टीम बनाई गई है, जो अगले 5 दिनों में सभी विधानसभाओं में बीएलए का प्रशिक्षण शिविर पूरा कर लिए जाऐंगे। दिल्ली में 13630 बूथ है जिन पर बूथ एजेंट, पोलिंग एजेंट के रुप में जिम्मेदार और सक्रिय कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता काम कर रहे है।

प्रशिक्षण शिविर में 18 वर्ष का युवा जो प्रथम बार वोट करेगा, उससे सम्पर्क साधकर कांग्रेस पार्टी के पक्ष में कैसे आकर्षित करना है इस पर कार्यकर्ताओं को विशेष ट्रेनिंग दी गई है। प्रथम मतदाता को कांग्रेस के घोषणा पत्र और युवा गारंटी की विस्तारपूर्वक जानकारी देकर कांग्रेस की विचारधारा, आदर्शों और नीतियों के बारे बताकर उसे कांग्रेस के समर्थन में पूरी तरह आश्वस्त करने का प्रशिक्षण भी शिविर में कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं को ट्रेंड किया है।

इतना ही नही विधानसभाओं में लगने वाले प्रशिक्षण शिविर में महिलाओं और बुर्जुगों को भी कांग्रेस के प्रति आकर्षित करने के लिए विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। महिलाओं को कांग्रेस की नीतियों, महिला न्याय, गरीब परिवार की महिला का प्रतिवर्ष एक लाख, केन्द्र सरकार की नई नौकरियों में 50 प्रतिशत आरक्षण, कानूनी हक सहित उनको मिलने वाले  अधिकारों की जानकारी देकर उन्हें कांग्रेस को समर्थन करने के लिए पूरी आश्वस्त करने के लिए महिलाओं की भी एक विशेष टीम काम कर रही है।
श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि प्रशिक्षण शिविर में लगी सभी 10 टीम किस प्रकार काम कर रही है उसकी निगरानी के लिए मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम तैयार किया गया, जो कार्यकर्ता क्या-क्या काम कर रहा है, किस तरीके से काम कर रहा है, इस पर पूरा ध्यान रखेगा।

लोकसभा चुनाव में हमारा मुख्य केन्द्र बूथ को मजबूत बनाने का है। जिस पर बीएलए, कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता बूथ पर लोकसभा चुनाव में हमारे प्रत्याशी के लिए किस तरह काम कर रहे है उस पर स्पेशल मॉनिटरिंग टीम पूरी निगरानी रख रही है और हर बूथ की विस्तृत जानकारी वह प्रदेश कांग्रेस कार्यालय को लगातार भेज रही है। लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस अपनी जीत के लिए पूरी तरह आश्वस्त है और हमारे कार्यकर्ता दिल्ली की सभी सातों लोकसभा सीटों पर मुस्तैदी के साथ उम्मीदवारों के पक्ष प्रचार प्रसार का काम कर रहे है।
