CM Atishi neglects LG’s letter to reemploy the sacked bus marshals by November 1 for pollution control—AAP only sheds crocodile tears for bus marshals—Devender Yadav

NEW DELHI, November 2, 2024—Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav said that the Aam Aadmi Party Government has been shedding crocodile tears for the sacked Civil Defence Volunteers (CDVs)/Bus Marshals became apparent when CM Atishi failed to honour the direction of  Lt. Governor Shri V.K. Saxena on October 24, 2024 to reemploy them from November 1, 2024 for their deployment in enforcing pollution control measures.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the AAP legislators had created a hue and cry during the two-day session of the Delhi Assembly last month by raising the issue of the marshals, and even passing a joint resolution demanding the marshals’ reemployment, who were sacked by the Kejriwal Government. He said that the AAP Ministers also created a big drama when Saurav Bharadwaj fell at the feet of  Opposition leader Vijender Gupta, pleading with him to accompany the AAP leaders to meet the LG to take up the bus marshals’ case.

Shri Devender Yadav said that Atishi’s neglect of  Lt. Governor  Shri V.K.Saxena’s letter to her, directing her to reemploy the CDVs/Marshals by November 1, 2024 was a clear proof that the AAP Government only indulged in cheap political gimmick without having any intention to either reemploy the marshals or in combating air pollution.

Shri Devender Yadav said that after coming out of jail on bail in the liquor scam case, Kejriwal and the newly-appointed CM Atishi made a slew of promises, which Kejriwal could not fulfil in the past 10 years, but promised to do them in the  next four months, including repairing the broken roads, but those promises have remained only on paper, with the roads staying in a dilapidated condition, air pollution soaring to new highs and Yamuna water getting poisonous with the Chhath Puja just five days away. He said that  the AAP Government has not taken any steps  to ensure that lakhs devotees hold the puja in fresh, clean waters by creating separate Chhath Ghats.

आतिशी सरकार प्रदूषण नियंत्रण सहित मार्शलों की भर्ती में चौतरफा विफल, भाजपा और आप पार्टी मार्शलों की नियुक्ति को चुनावों भुनाने की राजनीति कर रही हैं।– देवेन्द्र यादव

नई दिल्ली, 2 नवम्बर, 2024 – दिल्ली प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि प्रदूषण नियंत्रण में सहायक भूमिका निभाने के लिए सिविल डिफेंस वॉलियंटर की पुनः भर्ती हेतू उपराज्यपाल द्वारा 24 अक्टूबर को मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र लिखकर मार्शलों की भर्ती की अनुमति देने के बावजूद दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा 1 नवम्बर तक कोई कार्यवाही नही करना आतिशी सरकार की मार्शलों की भर्ती के प्रति लापरवाही को दर्शाता है। मार्शलों की भर्ती पर राजनीति की भेट चढ़ा दो दिवसीय विधानसभा सत्र में साझा सहमति के बावजूद भाजपा और आम आदमी पार्टी इसको राजनीतिक रुप से भुनाना चाहती हैं। चुनाव नजदीक आने के इंतजार में मुख्यमंत्री आतिशी उपराज्यपाल के आदेश की उपेक्षा कर मार्शलों की नियुक्ति को चुनावों में भुनाने की रणनीति के तहत भर्ती करना चाहती है।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि निवर्तमान मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल के एक ही आदेश ने नौकरी से निकाले गए 10 हजार से अधिक मार्शलों की पुनः नियुक्ति के लिए आतिशी सरकार इन्हें भर्ती करने पूरी तरह नाकाम साबित हुई है। जेल से बाहर आने केजरीवाल ने दावा किया था कि मैं  मार्शलों  की भर्ती करवाऊँगा, लेकिन आतिशी भर्ती करने में संवेदनशील दिखाई नही देती। उन्होंने कहा कि उपराज्यपाल निवास पर मार्शलों की भर्ती को लेकर मंत्री सौरभ भारद्वाज का नाटक सभी ने देखा था और विधानसभा में विपक्ष की भूमिका में भाजपा विधायकों का मार्शलों की भर्ती पर आवंछनीय राजनीति को पूरी दिल्ली ने देखा है।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि आज पुनः उपराज्यपाल द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री आतिशी को सिविल डिफेंस वालियंटरों की भर्ती के तुरंत कार्यवाही करने के संबंध में पुनः पत्र लिखना, दिल्ली सरकार की नाकामी को उजागर करता है। उपराज्यपाल ने प्रदूषण की रोकथाम में सहायक बनाने के लिए पत्र में इन मार्शलों की नियुक्ति के लिए विधिपूर्वक संबधित अधिकारियों से प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करने का आदेश दिल्ली सरकार को देने को कहा था। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली कांग्रेस सकारात्मक राजनीति में विश्वास रखती है जबकि आम आदमी पार्टी और भाजपा ने सिविल डिफेंस वालियंटरों की भर्ती को राजनीतिक विवाद में फंसाकर गरीब युवा  मार्शलों   के रोजगार को औछी राजनीति करके रुकवाने का काम कर रहे है। दिल्ली कांग्रेस चाहती है दोनो दल आपसी विरोध खत्म करके मार्शलों की तुरंत भर्ती करने का रास्ता साफ करें।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि राजधानी में गंभीर रूप ले रहे प्रदूषण के नियंत्रण के प्रति असंवेदनशील आतिशी सरकार नही चाहती कि लोगों को जहरीली हवा से राहत मिल सके। शायद इसलिए ही मार्शलों की पुनः नियुक्ति पर कोई कदम नही उठाया। दिल्ली में वायु और जल प्रदूषण का विकराल रूप लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के लिए चिंताजनक साबित हो रहा है। दिल्ली सरकार सड़कां पर धूल कण तथा वाहन प्रदूषण और यमुना में अमोनिया युक्त जहरीले जल प्रदूषण के नियंत्रण में पूरी तरह विफल रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि आप सरकार ने यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कोई कदम नहीं उठाया है कि लाखों श्रद्धालु अलग छठ घाट बनाकर ताजे, साफ पानी में पूजा करें।
