 प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने दिल्ली कांग्रेस की मेनिफेस्टों कमेटी की घोषणा के आउट-रीच कार्यक्रम ‘‘दिल्लीवालां आओ-.दिल्ली चलाओ’’की शुरुआत की।

नई दिल्ली, 7 अक्टूबर, 2024- दिल्ली प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने आज कनॉट प्लेस के पालिका बाजार मेन गेट के पास दिल्ली कांग्रेस की मेनिफेस्टों कमेटी की घोषणा के आउटरीच कार्यक्रम ‘‘दिल्लीवालां आओ-दिल्ली चलाओ’’ की शुरुआत करते हुए कहा कि हम दिल्ली के आखिरी व्यक्ति के विचारों को लेकर सबकी सहभागिता के साथ दिल्ली के विकास के लिए जो रुपरेखा तैयार करेंगे उसको आपके सहयोग से पूरी तरह निभाऐंगे। हमें दिल्ली के नागरिकों का समर्थन चाहिए, कांग्रेस एक बार फिर 15 वर्षों के शीला दीक्षित की सरकार के वर्ल्ड क्लॉस दिल्ली के इतिहास को दोहरा कर दिखाऐगी।

मेनिफेस्टो कमेटी के चेयरमैन, पूर्व प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष चौ0 अनिल कुमार ने मेनिफेस्टों कमेटी की 20 सब-कमेटियों और प्रत्येक विषय पर काम करने वाले कॉआर्डिनेटरों सहित मेनिफेस्टों कमेटी के सदस्यों की भी घोषणा की। सब कमेटियों में स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा क्षेत्र, बिजली और पानी, असंगठित क्षेत्र, युवा एवं खेल, महिला/बाल विकास/वरिष्ठ नागरिक, पर्यटन एवं संस्कृति, ट्रेड कॉमर्स एवं इंडस्ट्री, अल्पसंख्यक, ओ.बी.सी., एस.सी./एस.टी., गांव एवं कृषि, सोसायटी/ग्रुप हाउसिंग/आरडब्लूए/भागीदारी, अनाधिकृत/पुनर्वास एवं झुग्गी झोपड़ी कॉलोनी, पर्यावरण एवं परिवहन, भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त एवं पारदर्शी प्रशासन, पूर्वांचल और कर्मचारी कल्याण शामिल है।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने मैनिफेस्टो पर जनता के सुझाव डिजिटल और टेलीफोन के माध्यम से लेने के लिए दिल्ली प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटीं की वेबसाइट dpcc-info और एक फ़ोन नंबर भी लॉंच किया 8860812345 जहां कॉल और Whatsappके माध्यम से भी दिल्लीवासी अपना सुझाव किसी भी सब कमेटी को सीधा दे सकते हैं। अंत में श्री यादव ने जनता की कुर्सी वाली मेनिफेस्टों वैन को भी दिल्ली की जनता से सुझाव लेने के लिए रवाना है।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि दिल्ली के लोगों में कांग्रेस प्रति विश्वास, वफादारी और प्यार है उसी के साथ हमें लोगों के पास जाना है क्योंकि कांग्रेस भविष्य में क्या और कैसे काम करेगी यह सब अपने हालातों के आधार पर दिल्ली की जनता ही बताएगी और क्या बदलाव करने होंगे इसके लिए भी दिल्ली की जनता ही सुझाव देगी। क्योंकि पिछले 10 सालों में केन्द्र और दिल्ली की सरकारों ने दिल्ली को बर्बाद कर दिया है। श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कार्यक्रम के दौरान रखी खाली कुर्सी भी रखी, जिस पर कहा कि यह दिल्ली की जनता की कुर्सी है। वहां जनता से कहा कि आप आए, इस पर बैठे और दिल्ली की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए चर्चो करके दिल्ली कैसे चलेगी, यह बताएं।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता के लिए काम करने की बजाय आम आदमी पार्टी और भाजपा दोनो सरकारों के बीच ड्रामेबाजी टीवी, रेडियो, सोशल मीडिया या अखबरों में भरपूर देखने को मिलती है। जेल से छूटने के बाद अरविन्द केजरीवाल जनता के बीच जाकर कहते है मैं दिल्ली का बेटा हूॅ, आपकी समस्याओं को सुनने आया हूॅ, सब ठीक कर दूंगा। इनके मंत्री, विधायक जनता की बात तो सुनते है परंतु यही रोना रोत है कि हमें काम नही करने दे रहे। मैं पूछना चाहता हूॅ कि दिल्ली की जनता ने आपको चुना है, दिल्ली की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए, भ्रष्टाचार कम करने के लिए। आप आरोप लगाते है कि पड़ौसी राज्य, केन्द्र सरकार, दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल काम नही करने देते। आपकी बहानेबाजी आपको बचा नही सकती। दिल्ली की हालात के लिए सीधे तौर पर आम आदमी पार्टी जिम्मेदार है।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता ने आप पार्टी को इसलिए नही चुना था कि बारिश होने पर 40 से अधिक लोग मरे, ज्यादा गर्मी हो तो पानी का अकाल पड़ जाए, स्लम और मलीन बस्तियों में गंदा पानी आए। सर्दियों से पहले ही प्रदूषण के हालात खतरनाक हो रहे है, गंदगी के कारण यमुना आज रोती दिखाई देती है। प्रदूषण के लिए केन्द्र और पड़ौसी राज्यां को जिम्मेदार तो ठहराते है परंतु पंजाब में पराली जलती है, उससे दिल्ली में प्रदूषण नही होता। सड़कों का हाल यह है कि गडडों का पता नही कि सड़क गड्डे में है या गड्डा सड़क बन गई है। उन्हांने कहा कि आज जनता सवाल पूछती है, परंतु इनके पास कोई जवाब नही है। जनता कह रही है कि 10 साल शासन के दिए है अब कोई बहाने बाजी चलने वाली नही है।
श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि 10 वर्ष पहले भाजपा की सरकार केन्द्र में बनी जिसमें लोगों को लगा कि महंगाई और बेरोजगारी पर अंकुश लगाकर लोगों को राहत देगी। देशवासियों की समस्याओं का समाधान करेगी, परंतु अभी तीसरे शासन काल में अभी तक जनता के हित में कोई काम नही किया है। लगातार लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में संविधान को कमजोर करने का काम किया है। गोवा, मध्य प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड जैसे राज्यों में अलोकतांत्रिक तरीके से सरकारों को तोड़ने का काम किया है। उन्हांने कहा कि भाजपा की उम्मीद कि 26 वर्षों बाद उन्हें दिल्ली की सत्ता पर जनता बैठाएगी, कभी संभव नही होगा। क्योंकि दिल्ली की जनता कांग्रेस को एकपक्ष मत देने का मन बना चुकी है।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि आतिशी के मुख्यमंत्री बनने के बाद दिल्ली जनता ने सोचा कि शीला दीक्षित के बाद 15 वर्ष बाद दिल्ली को महिला मुख्यमंत्री बनी। दिल्ली की महिलाओं को उम्मीद थी कि वो दिल्ली के लिए कुछ करेंगी। परंतु पहले दि नही उन्होंने खाली कुर्सी रखकर लोकतंत्र का मजाक बना दिया। दिल्ली की कानूनी व्यवस्था बिगड़ रही है। आज दिल्ली रेप केपिटल बनकर रह गई है, प्रतिदिन औसतन 5.6 प्रतिशत रेप, महिला उत्पीड़न के मामले दर्ज हो रहे है। सरकार ने कहा था कि सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगा देंगे, मार्शल लगा देंगे। परंतु इन्होंने मार्शलों को ही धोखा दिया, गैर कानूनी तरीके से पहले उन्हें नौकरी दी, फिर उन्हें निकाल दिया जबकि मार्शलों को स्थाई नौकरी देनी चाहिए थी। आम आदमी पार्टी दिल्ली के रख-रखाव में चौतरफा विफल साबित हुई है।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि दिल्ली की जनता ने तीन बार इन्हें मौका दिया। दिल्ली नगर निगम की सत्ता सौंपी। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्लीवालों के लिए यह दुख और पीड़ा की बात है कि कांग्रेस सरकार द्वारा बनाई वर्ल्ड क्लास सिटी को इन्होंने बर्बाद कर दिया। अरविन्द केजरीवाल और उनकी दिल्ली सरकार पिछले 11 वर्षों में पूरी तरह फेल साबित हुई है।

NEW DELHI, October 7, 2024—Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav, launching Delhi Congress’ Manifesto Committee outreach programme, “Dilliwalon Aao-Dilli Chalao”, outside the Palika Bazar main gate, Connaught Place, on Monday evening, said that Congress party will take the suggestion of every resident of Delhi before finalizing its manifesto for the upcoming Assembly election, to restore Delhi to its original glory, which Congress Government, during its 15-year rule, had turned Delhi into, to make it one of the best in the world. He said that in the past 10 years, the people of Delhi had stopped watching the soap operas on television to train their attention on the everyday drama unfolding on the streets with Aam Aadmi Party and the BJP accusing each other for all the problems of Delhi.

At a largely attended function to launch the various committees of the Congress Manifesto, Shri Devender Yadav said that Congress manifesto will contain the suggestions of the people on how to find solutions to their problems and address the challenges to make the Capital the best again. Former DPCC president Ch. Anil Kumar announced the names of the various sub-committees, members and co-ordinators of the Manifesto Committee.

The committees include Health, Education Sector, Electricity and Water, Unorganized Sector, Youth and Sports, Women/Child Development/Senior Citizen, Tourism and Culture, Trade, Commerce and Industry, Minorities, OBC, SC/ ST, Village and Agriculture, Society/Group Housing/RWA/Partnership, Unauthorized/Rehabilitation and Jhuggi Jhopri Colony, Environment and Transport, Corruption Free and Transparent Administration, Purvanchal and Employee Welfare.

Shri Devendra Yadav also launched the website of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee dpcc.info and a phone number 8860812345 to take public suggestions on the manifesto through digital and telephone medium, where Delhiites can also give their suggestions to any sub-committee through call and Whatsapp. Shri Yadav has also inaugurated a manifesto van to take suggestions from the people of Delhi.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the people of Delhi have faith, trust and confidence in the Congress to protect their interest and ensure the development of the city, as they had seen and experienced unprecedented mis-governance under the Aam Aadmi Party and the BJP in the past 10 years.

Shri Devender Yadav said that Arvind Kejriwal, after getting bail from jail, was going around and blaming the Lt. Governor and neighbouring States for Delhi’s problems, and then telling the people that “I am the son of Dilli, I have come to listen to your problems and I will set everything right”.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the AAP Ministers and MLAs have been lamenting that they were not being allowed to work, though the people of Delhi had elected AAP to power expecting good and transparent Government, to solve their problems, but what they got in turn was a corruption-ridden, incompetent Government, with blame games being their credo. He said that the Aam Aadmi Party was solely responsible for the terrible deterioration of the Capital in the past 10 years.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the people of Delhi did not elect AAP to power for 40 innocent people to die in monsoon waterlogging, water shortage in summer, and dirty water through water taps. He said that even before the onset of winter, air pollution has reached dangerous levels, and Yamuna water has turned noxious. He said that Kejriwal has been blaming the Central Government and the neighbouring States for Delhi’s pollution, particularly stubble-burning in Punjab, but ever since AAP came to power, Kejriwal stopped blaming Punjab. He said that the condition of roads in Delhi was so pathetic that it was difficult to distinguish whether the roads had potholes or roads were built on potholes. He said that Kejriwal has no answers to the plight of the people, their misery, as people have now understood that Kejriwal cannot make any excuses for the malgovernance over the past 10 years.

Shri Devender Yadav said that when the BJP Government came to power at the Centre 10 years ago, people expected that the issues of price rise and unemployment will be effectively tackled, but the BJP has not done anything for the welfare of the people even in its third term in power. He said that the BJP has been trying to weaken democracy and the Constitution, and formed Governments in an undemocratic manner in Uttarakhand, Goa and Madhya Pradesh. He said that the people of Delhi will not fullfil the dream of BJP to come to power in Delhi after a gap of 26 years, as they were disillusioned with both AAP and BJP.

Shri Devender Yadav said that when Atishi became Chief Minister, the second woman after Smt. Sheila Dikshit to occupy the CM’s chair, the people of Delhi, particularly women, thought that she will work for their interest as crimes against women had soared in the Capital, but when she kept aside the chair of Kejriwal, they lost all trust and faith in her of fulfilling their expectations, as she made a mockery of the post of the Chief Minister. He said that Delhi has now become the “rape Capital of the country” as 5.6 per cent rape and molestations cases happen in Delhi everyday, as the AAP Government did not fulfill the promise of establishing CCTV cameras and posting marshals in DTC buses. He said the AAP Government betrayed the bus marshals as first they were appointed in an illegal manner, and then they were sacked without regularizing their services.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the people of Delhi elected AAP to power in Delhi thrice and to the MCD two years ago, but it has failed to provide even a semblance of governance in the Capital.
