दिल्ली सरकार के पास लगभग 11 लाख राशन कार्ड के आवेदन गदालखाते में

NEW DELHI, October 13, 2024—Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav said that the Lt. Governor’s directive to the Chief Secretary to order a probe into delay in the allotment of ration cards to 90,000 applicants was a step in the right direction, but he should also bring  into the probe ambit the 11 lakh applications  pending for the past 10 years, as the Aam Aadmi Party Government  had not issued a single ration card. He said that the number of poor people who depend on free/subsidized ration was  much larger among the   over 2 crore population in the Capital.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the Kejriwal Government was least concerned about  the plight of the poor, and hence no new ration card was issued. He said that when Congress was in power in 2013-14, there were 34.55 lakh ration cards, but during the AAP Government, the number of card holders came down to just 17.83 lakh. He said that during the Congress Government, the Capital had 2396 ration shops, and the number has now slumped to 1976, as 420 ration shops were shut down by the Kejriwal Government.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the National Food Security Act, passed by the  Congress-led UP A Government, ensured that not only the poorest of the poor got ration, but even common households were ensured of subsidized food grains  to  run their kitchen, which was one of the larget social service schemes ever implemented in the country, but the AAP Government had deliberately ensured that the deserving people were kept out of the ration bracket.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the BJP often takes the example of the  progress and development witnessed in the Capital 10 years ago, before AAP assumed power, but does not give credit to the Congress Government. He said that it was the Congress Government which brought revolutionary changes in Delhi to make it a green, clean and modern city, with a pollution-free public transport system, ration for the poor and all deserving category, jobs for all, thriving businesses, pollution free air and water, the best schools and  colleges/universities, but the   AAP Government ruined the city with  its misrule and incompetence. He said that both BJP and AAP were playing vote bank politics with an eye on the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections, without having any concern for the development or upkeep of the Capital, or the welfare of the people, while Congress’ concern was the welfare of the poor, and the down trodden.

Shri Devender Yadav appealed to the Lt. Governor to order a probe why the pending 11 lakh ration card applications were not approved, including the 90,000 mentioned by the BJP, as the AAP Government has only indulged in corruption  without doing any constructive work, and CM Atishi now claims to find solution to all  the problems in the coming three months, which was just laughable.

नई दिल्ली, 13 अक्टूबर, 2024- दिल्ली प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि पिछले 10 वर्षों से भी अधिक समय से दिल्ली सरकार के पास लगभग 11 लाख राशन कार्ड के आवेदन पर सकारात्मक सोच के साथ उनके राशन कार्ड क्यों नही बनाए गए। उपराज्यपाल द्वारा मुख्य सचिव को 90,000 गरीब को राशन कार्ड न दिए जाने के मामले की जांच के आदेश गरीबों के हित में है परंतु फूड सप्लाइ इंस्पेक्टर, फूड सप्लाइ ऑफिसर, स्तर पर वैध पाए जाने के बाबजूद लगभग 11 लाख राशन कार्ड क्यों पड़े है? कांग्रेस शासन में 2013-14 में फूड कार्ड की संख्या 34.55 लाख थी आज मात्र 17.83 लाख रह गई है। 2013-14 में राशन दुकानों की संख्या 2396 थी जो मात्र 1976 है, 11 वर्षों में 420 दुकानें बंद क्यों की गई?

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि दिल्ली कांग्रेस उपराज्यपाल से मांग करती है कि 90,000 गरीबों के राशन कार्ड नही देने के साथ ही पिछले 10 वर्षों में लगभग 11 लाख राशन आवेदन लंबित क्यों रहे, इसकी जांच के आदेश भी दिए जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस की यूपीए सरकार द्वारा लागू किए गए नेशनल फूड सिक्योरिटी एक्ट के समाज के सबसे निचले वर्ग के साथ निम्न और मध्यम वर्ग तक राशन देने की जिम्मेदारी आम आदमी पार्टी की दिल्ली सरकार की है जिसमें वह पूरी असफल रही है।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि भाजपा दिल्ली में हर विषय पर दिल्ली की बदहाली के बारे में 10 वर्ष पहले की दिल्ली सरकार का उदाहरण देती है कि सब कुछ व्यवस्थित था और दिल्ली प्रगति की राह पर चल रही थी, दिल्ली के हर नागरिक तक जन सुविधाओं, पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट और राशन हर गरीब के घर तक पहुॅचता था। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा दिल्ली के गरीब लोगों जैसे भूमिहीन, कृषि श्रमिक, सीमांत किसान, शिल्पकार, बुनकर, लुहार, झुग्गीवासी, दिहाड़ी मजदूर, कूड़ा संग्रहण करने वाले, ट्राईबल, कुम्हार, मोची, कुली, विधवा, दिव्यांगजन, आश्रयहीन जैसे समाज के धरातल रहने वाले लोगों की बात करके सिर्फ वोट बैंक की राजनीति कर रही है। यह वंचित वर्ग जानता है कि भाजपा ने कभी भी इनके उत्थान के लिए कुछ नही किया और 11 वर्षों में आम आदमी पार्टी ने इनको वोट बैंक के रुप में इस्तेमाल किया है।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि भाजपा का यह बयान कि 90 हजार गरीब को राशन कार्ड बन जाते तो उन्हें केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा हर 35 किलो राशन मुफ्त मिलता। मैं पूछता हूॅ कि जब केजरीवाल सरकार गरीबों को राशन देने में पूरी तरह विफल रही है और थोड़ा बहुत राशन लोगों को मिलता भी है वह क्वालिटी से इनती खराब है कि लोगों का सरकार पर से भरोसा ही उठ गया है। आज पीने के पानी के साथ लोगों राशन पर भी अपनी स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा के लिए अतिरिक्त खर्च का बौझ उठाना पड़ रहा है।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने कहा कि दिल्ली कांग्रेस उपराज्यपाल से मांग करती है कि यदि दिल्ली वालों के हितों और कल्याण के लिए नीति बनानी है तो तुरंत लंबित पड़े 11 लाख राशन कार्ड बनाने के लिए जांच के आदेश दे जिनमें भाजपा द्वारा 90000 गरीब शामिल है। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस ने दिल्ली में अपने 15 वर्षों के शासन में हमेशा हर गरीब और जरुरतमंद को राशन सहित हर वह सुविधा दी थी जिनके वो हकदार थे। परंतु सत्ताधारी आम आदमी पार्टी और भाजपा की आपसी लड़ाई के कारण दिल्ली हर क्षेत्र में पिछड़ गई है।
