कांग्रेस का आरोप – बजापा की साजिश हुई उजागर -Congress’s allegation – BJP’s conspiracy exposed

भा.ज.पा. दिल्ली में रह रहे केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के नाम काटने की साजिश कर रही है।- देवेन्द्र यादव

नई दिल्ली, 5 अक्टूबर, 2024- दिल्ली प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने भा.ज.पा. पर दिल्ली में रह रहे केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के नाम काटने की साजिश करने का आरोप लगाया है। इस संबंध में दिल्ली कांग्रेस के बूथ मैनेजमेंट कमेटी के चेयरमैन श्री राजेश गर्ग ने मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी को पत्र लिखा है। पत्र में बताया गया है कि पिछले महीने निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने अपने कार्यालय में राष्ट्रीय/राज्य स्तरीय मान्यता प्राप्त राजनैतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ मीटिंग की थी। उस मीटिंग में भा. ज. पा. की तरफ से श्री सुभाष सचदेवा (पूर्व विधायक) ने दिल्ली में रह रहे केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारी जो शिफ्ट हो गए हैं, उनके वोट काटने की मांग रखी थी। जिसमें उन्होंने यह भी कहा था उन्होंने सर्वे करवाकर सिर्फ आर. के. पुरम विधानसभा में ही करीब 41000 केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के परिवारों का डाटा, (जो वहाँ से शिफ्ट हो चुके हैं) इकट्ठा करके उनके वोट काटने के लिए भा.ज.पा. ने आर के पुरम, ई.आर.ओ. आफिस को दिया है, और उनके वोट काटने की मांग की थी।

श्री देवेन्द्र यादव ने बताया कि पत्र में मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी को लिखा है कि चुनाव आयोग के नियम के अनुसार स्थायी रूप से शिफ्ट (जो लंबे समय से उस पते पर ना रहते हों) तथा मृतक मतदाताओं के नाम मतदाता सूची से काटे जाने चाहिए, उपरोक्त नियम दिल्ली के सभी मतदाताओं पर लागू होता है। लेकिन भा.ज.पा. सिर्फ केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के परिवारों वोट काटने की बात इसलिए कर रही है क्योंकि जब भी भा. ज. पा. की केंद्र में सरकार रही है, उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के हितों की अनदेखी की है, इसी वजह से केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारी भा.ज.पा. की नीतियों से त्रस्त हैं। इससे भा.ज.पा. को लगता है कि आने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों में केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के परिवारों के वोट उनके खिलाफ पड़ेंगे।

श्री यादव ने बतया कि बताया कि सरकारी कर्मचारी अपना क्वार्टर के ऊपर से नीचे के फ्लार पर या आसपास कोई अच्छी सवबंजपवद पर उपलब्ध क्वार्टर में शिफ्ट हो जाते हैं, या फिर बड़े क्वार्टर के लिए योग्य होने पर बड़े क्वार्टर में चले जाते हैं। मतदाता सूची में या अन्य काग़जों में नए पते पर नाम जुड़वाना या पुराने पते से कटवाना का कार्य कुछ दिन में सेटल होने के बाद ही करते हैं। उन्होंने मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी से अनुरोध किया है कि उपरोक्त कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए भी करवाई नियमों के तहत हो, ना कि सत्ता में बैठे दलों की सहूलियत के अनुसार।

BJP tries to get the names of Central Government employees living in Delhi from the voters’ list—Devender Yadav

NEW DELHI, October 5, 2024—Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devendra Yadav accused the BJP of conspiring to delete the names of Central Government employees living in Delhi, who have shifted out of their present accommodation. Shri Devender Yadav said that Delhi Congress has written to the ERO office, R.K.Puram to bring this illegal deletion of names to the notice of the official.

Shri Devender Yadav said that last month, the Returning Officer had held a meeting with the representatives of national/state level recognized political parties in his office, and in that meeting the BJP, on behalf of Shri Subhash Sachdeva (former MLA), had demanded deletion of names of the Central Government employees living in Delhi, who have been transferred. The official had informed at the meeting that after getting a survey done, the data of the families of about 41000 Central Government employees (who have been shifted from their present accommodation) is being collected by the authorities before deleting their names from the voters’ list.

Shri Devender Yadav said that as per the rule of the Chief Electoral Officer, the names of permanently shifted (those who do not live in that address for a long time and deceased voters) should be deleted from the voters’ list. He said that the BJP fears that votes of the families of Central Government employees will go against it, hence the illegal deletion of names of genuine voters from the voters’ list. He appealed to the Chief Electoral Officer not to collude with the BJP in deleting the names of the Central Government employees who have shifted out of their present accommodation, even to the upper floor of the same building, but continue to live in Delhi.
