Jammu, Sept 13: The J&K BJP Spokesperson, YV Sharma, on Friday said that eight hundred and ninety (890) central laws have been implemented in J&K after the abrogation of Article 370 on August 5 2019 and several revolutionary steps have also been taken by Modi Government for the welfare of people.

 This was stated by YV Sharma, while addressing a press conference at BJP media centre, here today. BJP Spokesperson, Lt Gen (Retd), Rakesh Sharma,Balbir Ram Rattan and J&K BJP Media Incharge, Dr Pardeep Mahotra were also present in the press conference.

 Sharma said that two hundred and nine (209) laws of the erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir have also been repealed after the abrogation of Article 370 by the Modi Government.

 BJP is committed for the welfare of the people, especially the poor, marginalised and the deprived, and we have promised this in our ‘Sankalp Patra’ also.

 “After BJP forms government in J&K, 5 marlas of land will be given to the landless and separate colonies will also be set up for the poor,” Sharma said, adding, “We will also ensure affordable healthcare for the poor”.

 He said that 10kg of rice and 1kg of sugar will also be provided to the poor after the formation of BJP Government here in J&K.

 “A monetary help (pension) of Rs 18000 per year will be given to senior most woman of every family, he said and added, “After the formation of BJP Government in J&K, the monthly pension of the widows, physically challenged and the old age people will also be enhanced to Rs 3000 instead of the existing Rs 1000”.

 He said that the BJP is committed for the welfare of the last man standing in row.

जम्मू,सितंबर 13: भाजपा के प्रवक्ता वाई. वी शर्मा का कहना हैं कि जम्मू कश्मीर के लोगों के हित के लिए भाजपा और मोदी सरकार प्रतिबद्ध है। मोदी सरकार ने पांच अगस्त 2019 के बाद जम्मू कश्मीर में 890 केंद्रीय कानूनों को लागू किया है। देश के अन्य हिस्सों की तरह अब प्रदेश के लोगों को भी केंद्रीय कानूनों का लाभ हासिल हो पा रहा है। भाजपा के चुनाव वार रूम में शुक्रवार को पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए शर्मा ने यह बात कही।

प्रवक्ता ले. जनरल रिटायर्ड राकेश शर्मा, बलवीर राम रतन और मीडिया प्रमुख प्रदीप महोत्रा की मौजूदगी में वाई वी शर्मा ने कहा कि 890 केंद्रीय कानून लागू करने के अलावा 205 राज्य के कानूनों को निरस्त किया गया है।

 जम्मू कश्मीर के सभी वर्ग खासतौर से गरीब वर्ग के लोगों के केंद्र में रखते हुए भाजपा ने संकल्प पत्र को तैयार किया है।

विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा जम्मू कश्मीर में सरकार बनाएगी और संकल्प पत्र को लागू करेगी। बुजुर्ग, विधवा और विकलांग पेंशन को 1000 से बढ़ाकर 3000 किया जाएगा।

 गरीब परिवारों को दस किलो मुफ्त चावल और एक किलो चीनी दी जाएगी।घर की वरिष्ठ महिला को सालाना 18 हजार रूप्ये दिए जाएंगे।

डेलीवेजरों के वेतन में बढ़ोतरी समेत उनके हितों का ख्याल रखा जाएगा। वेघर लोगों के हित में पांच मरला भूमि प्रति परिवार दी जाएगी और नई आवासीय कालोनियों को भी बसाया जाएगा। भूमि मामलों का पारदर्शी तरीके से निपटान की नीति व अनुसूचित जाति और जनजाति के हितों को भी सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा।

उन्होंने कहा बिजली और पानी की आपूर्ति को सुचारू बनाने के अलावा जिन उपभोक्ताओं का बकाया हैं उनके मामलों पर गौर कर राहत प्रदान करने का काम भी किया जाएगा। उन्होंने जम्मू कशमीर के लोगों से अपील की कि वह भाजपा को विधानसभा चुनाव में विजयी बनाए।

اُنہوں نے کہاکہ جموں وکشمیرمیں لوگوں کو 370 ہٹنے کے بعد ہر طرح کی سہولیات ملی ہیں کیونکہ یہاں دفعہ370ہٹنے کے بعد 890 مرکزی قوانین لاگو ہوئے اور205 پرانے ریاستی قانون ختم

کئے گئے جبکہ 130 قوانین میں ترمیم کی گئی تاکہ سماج کے ہر طبقے کو سہولیات ملیں۔اُنہوں نے کہاکہ ستربرسوں سے اپنے حقوق سے محروم سماج کے مختلف طبقوں کوان کے آئینی حقوق دئے گئے ہیں۔ اُنہوں نے کہاکہ جموں وکشمیرمیں ہر گھر نل سے جل،مفت بجلی،سوریہ مفت بجلی یوجناشروع کی گئی۔ اُنہوں نے کہاکہ سنکلپ پترمیں بجلی اور پانی کے بقایاجات کی ادائیگی کے لئے جامع اسکیم شروع کی جائے گی اور صارفین کو راحت دی جائے گی۔اُنہوں نے مغربی پاکستانی مہاجرین، کم آمدنی والے کنبوں کے لئے فلاحی اسکیمیں، 10 کلو چاول ایک کلو چینی، مزدوروں کو بہتر اجرت، ڈیلی ویجروں کو مناسب اجرت واُن کے مسائل کاازالہ کیاجائے گا۔اُنہوں نے مزیدکہا کہ معذوروں،بیواؤں اور بزرگوں کو پنشن ایک ہزار سے بڑھاکر3 ہزارکی جائے گی۔حادثاتی بیمہ، مہاراجہ ہری سنگھ بیمہ یوجنا، زمین کے حصول کی صورت میں مناسب معاوضہ کے علاوہ غریب اور و پچھڑے لوگوں کا سنکلپ پتر میں خاص خیال رکھا گیا ہے۔

اُنہوں نے کہاکہ ایس سی، ایس ٹی طبقہ کے خلاف مظالم کی روکتھام کے لئے ٹھوس اقدامات کئے جائیں گے اور قوانین کے نفاذ میں کوئی کوتاہی نہیں برتی جائے گی۔اُنہوں نے کہاکہ جموں وکشمیرمیں پچھلے دس برسوں سے سیاسی نظام کی عدم موجودگی اور جمہوری حکومت کی غیر موجودگی میں عوامی مسائل میں اضافہ ہوا تاہم اب جموں وکشمیرمیں بھارتیہ جنتاپارٹی کی حکومت بننے کے بعد تمام زیر التوا مسائل کاازالہ ہوگا اور سنکلپ پترکوپوری طرح عملایاجائے گا۔اُنہوں نے کہاکہ بھارتیہ جنتاپارٹی کا سنکلپ پتر سب سے الگ ہے کیونکہ ہم سماج کے کسی طبقے کو پیچھے نہیں دیکھ سکتے اور یہاں بھاجپاحکومت بننے کے بعد زبردست تبدیلی کا آپ مشاہدہ ہوگا اورجموں وکشمیرکوایک جدیدریاست بنایاجائیگا۔

Tarun Chugh slams Engineer Rashid for “Divisive Politics,” Reaffirms BJP’s zero tolerance on Terrorism

Srinagar, Sep 13: In an effort to shake the political scenario of Jammu and Kashmir, it is no less than a candid statement by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National General Secretary Tarun Chugh, as he has targeted Engineer Rashid with accusations of promoting “divisive politics” and playing a counterproductive role in the region’s road to peace and development.

This is yet another rise in temperature for the BJP through political rhetoric ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in the region.

While talking with media, as per Chugh explained the BJP’s zero tolerance policy against terrorism, stating that his party was committed to peace in Jammu and Kashmir. “There will be no tolerance against terrorism.

Our party is committed to the peace, prosperity and progress of Jammu and Kashmir,” Chugh ascertained to an audience highlighting no-nonsense policy of BJP.

While Engineer Rashid certainly took the full brunt of the attack by Chugh, the BJP leader did not stop there. Chugh also tore into traditional regional strongmen, including the Abdullahs and Muftis who have dominated the political landscape in Jammu and Kashmir for many decades.

Chugh’s remarks come at a time when the BJP is seriously working to consolidate its presence in J&K, taking on the two dominant political dynasties of the National Conference headed by the Abdullah family and the Peoples Democratic Party led by Mehbooba Mufti.

The two families, especially the Muftis, have been under attack from the BJP leadership for their tie-ups in the past and failure to bring stability in the volatile region.

The Abdullahs and Muftis have retarded this state’s progress for decades. And now we have Engineer Rashid, who is no different. His politics has only worked to divide the people, which has led to unrest,” Chugh asserted with confidence.

During his address, he termed Rashid’s politics part of an extended web of what he called “the divisive forces” that have been doing harm to the region.

Engineer Rashid is a highly popular independent politician, chief of Jammu and Kashmir Awami Ittehad Party (AIP), who seldom misses a headline for his diatribes or heavy-worded attacks on both regional and national leaderships.

A populist appeal attributed to Rashid has been very vocal about Kashmiri identity, self-determination, and the right to self-rule, which frequently clashes with the BJP ideology of national integration.

With his vocal stance on contentious issues like Article 370 and criticism of the BJP’s role in Jammu and Kashmir, Rashid has grown into a major adversary of the party’s agenda. But the direct attack by Chugh heralds a new phase in the BJP’s electoral strategy-by marking Rashid as a key player whose influence they seek to undermine.

Chugh accused Rashid of milking the vulnerabilities of the region to political advantage, saying his leadership has “fueled division and resentment” among the people. “Engineer Rashid must answer for the instability he has contributed to. He pretends to stand for the people, but his actions only deepen the divides in the society,” said Chugh, highlighting Rashid as a source of instability versus the BJP’s promise of development and national unity.

Chugh further extended his attack to national figures like Jawaharlal Nehru and Mahatma Gandhi, too, which also falls in line with the larger political discourse of the BJP. Chugh said the policies framed by them did not succeed in solving major problems in Jammu and Kashmir and thus engaged the region in a continuousbag of troubled times “.

“Even the legacies of Gandhi and Nehru have contributed to this ongoing turmoil. The mistakes of the past should not be repeated. We are determined to correct these historical errors and bring Jammu and Kashmir into a new era of peace and prosperity,” said Chugh.

Chugh’s speech is part of the larger effort by the BJP to redefine its political footprint in Jammu and Kashmir-a region where it has traditionally found it difficult to get a foothold. The voiding of Article 370 in 2019 marked a turning point that finally allowed the BJP to project itself as the party of strong leadership and decisive action.

Under Modi, the BJP has focussed on showcasing Jammu and Kashmir as a transforming region. Economic development, investment in infrastructure, and also a crackdown on terrorism have become central to the party’s messaging.

People of Jammu and Kashmir deserve better than politics of division. The BJP will usher in peace and development in each and every part of this region. We will not allow divisive leaders like Engineer Rashid to come in the way of progress,” Chugh concluded, appealing to the voters to vote for BJP in the coming elections.

The political sparring between the BJP and regional leaders like Engineer Rashid is likely to get shriller in the run-up to assembly elections. The latter, who often projected himself as an outsider willing to take on the political establishment, is most likely to respond with sharp counter-arguments in the coming days.

For now, Chugh’s impassive speech suggests the BJP will leave no stone unturned in its pursuit of conquering the political landscape of Jammu and Kashmir, marking the beginning of a high-pitched electoral season.

The question is whether the electorate in Jammu and Kashmir will buy into this messaging of national integration and progress being sold by the BJP or will stick with regional leaders championing Kashmiri identity and self-governance. And only time will tell which narrative resonates more as the political battle heats up.

श्रीनगर, सितंबर 13 । भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव एवं जम्मू कश्मीर और लददाख के प्रभारी तरूण चुघ ने कहा है कि जम्मू कश्मीर के लोग अलगाववादी सोच के खिलाफ है। तीन परिवार जिसमे अब्दुल्ला, मुफ्ती और गांधी परिवारों के अलावा इंजीनियर रशीद जम्मू कश्मीर की शांति के दुश्मन है। लेकिन भाजपा इन्हे शांति भंग नहीं करने देगी।

तरूण चुग ने शुक्रवार को श्रीनगर में पत्रकारों से बातचीत में कहा कि तीन परिवारों और इंजीनियर रशीद के पास जम्मू कश्मीर की बर्बादी के अलावा और कोई एजेंडा नहीं है। केवल भाजपा ही जम्मू कश्मीर में ऐसा राजनीतिक दल जिसके पास जम्मू कश्मीर के विकास का बड़ा एजेंडा है।

उन्होंने कहा इंजीनियर रशीद को अदालत ने केवल विधानसभा चुनाव में प्रचार के लिए जमानत दी है। टेरर फंडिंग मामले में उसे छोड़ा नहीं है। इंजीरनियर रशीद को उसकी करनी का दंड जरूर मिलेगा।

उन्होंने कहा जम्मू कश्मीर की जनता का आर्शिवाद भाजपा और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को है।बिना किसी जाति, धर्म और पंथ के भेदभाव के मोदी सरकार जम्मू कश्मीर में सबका साथ सबका विकास कर रही है।

उन्होंने कहा विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए भाजपा ने अपने संकल्प पत्र में सभी वर्गों का ख्याल रखा हैं। प्रत्येक घर की सबसे बड़ी महिला को 18 हजार रूपये सालाना देने के अलावा बुजुर्ग, विधवा और विकलांग पेंशन को एक हजार से बढ़ाकर 3000 रूपये किया जाएगा।

चुघ ने कहा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के दिल में जम्मू कश्मीर में है और यहां के लोगों से वह बहुत प्रेम करते है।

سرینگر، 13 ستمبر: بھارتیہ جنتا پارٹی (بی جے پی) کے قومی جنرل سیکریٹری ترون چگ نے جموں و کشمیر کی سیاسی صورتحال میں اتھل پتھل کے لیے انجینئر رشید پر ”تقسیمی سیاست“کو فروغ دینے اور خطے کی امن اور ترقی کی راہ میں رکاوٹ ڈالنے کا الزام لگاتے ہوئے ایک بے باک بیان دیا۔یہ جموں و کشمیر میں آنے والے اسمبلی انتخابات سے قبل بی جے پی کی جانب سے سیاسی بیانات میں ایک اور اضافہ ہے۔

چگ نے میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے بی جے پی کی دہشت گردی پر زیرو ٹالرنس کی پالیسی کی وضاحت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ان کی پارٹی جموں و کشمیر میں امن کے لیے پرعزم ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا، ”دہشت گردی پر کوئی برداشت نہیں کی جائے گی۔ ہماری پارٹی جموں و کشمیر کے امن، خوشحالی اور ترقی کے لیے پْرعزم ہے۔“

انجینئر رشید کواپنی تنقیدکامرکز بناتے ہوئے چگ یہیں نہیں رکے بلکہ عبد اللہ اور مفتی خاندانوں کو بھی نشانہ بنایا، جنہوں نے کئی دہائیوں سے جموں و کشمیر کی سیاسی فضا پر راج کیا ہے۔چگ کے بیانات اس وقت آئے ہیں جب بی جے پی جموں و کشمیر میں اپنی موجودگی کو مستحکم کرنے کے لیے سنجیدگی سے کام کر رہی ہے، دو بڑے سیاسی خاندانوں یعنی نیشنل کانفرنس (عبد اللہ خاندان) اور پیپلز ڈیموکریٹک پارٹی (مفتی خاندان) کو چیلنج کر رہی ہے۔

چگ نے کہا، ”عبد اللہ اور مفتی خاندانوں نے اس ریاست کی ترقی کو دہائیوں تک روکے رکھا۔ اور اب ہمارے پاس انجینئر رشید ہے، جو مختلف نہیں ہے۔ ان کی سیاست نے صرف لوگوں کو تقسیم کیا ہے، جس سے بدامنی پیدا ہوئی ہے۔“

انجینئر رشید، جموں و کشمیر عوامی اتحاد پارٹی (اے آئی پی) کے سربراہ، ایک مقبول سیاستدان ہیں، جو اپنے تلخ لہجے اور مقامی و قومی قیادت پر تنقید کے لیے جانے جاتے ہیں۔ وہ کشمیری شناخت، خود ارادیت اور خود حکومت کے حق میں کھل کر بولتے ہیں، جو بی جے پی کی قومی یکجہتی کی پالیسی سے ٹکراتی ہیں۔رشید کی جانب سے آرٹیکل 370 پر مؤقف اور بی جے پی کے کردار پر تنقید نے انہیں بی جے پی کے ایجنڈے کے مخالف کے طور پر ابھارا ہے، لیکن چْگ کے براہ راست حملے نے انہیں بی جے پی کی انتخابی حکمت عملی میں ایک اہم کھلاڑی کے طور پر پیش کیا ہے۔

چگ نے رشید پر خطے کی کمزوریوں کا سیاسی فائدہ اْٹھانے کا الزام لگاتے ہوئے کہا کہ ان کی قیادت نے ”لوگوں میں تقسیم اور ناراضگی کو ہوا دی ہے“۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا، ”انجینئر رشید کو اس عدم استحکام کا جواب دینا چاہیے جو انہوں نے پیدا کیا ہے۔ وہ عوام کے حق میں کھڑے ہونے کا دعویٰ کرتے ہیں، لیکن ان کے اقدامات صرف معاشرے میں مزید تقسیم پیدا کرتے ہیں۔“

چگ نے نہرو اور گاندھی جیسے قومی شخصیات پر بھی تنقید کی، جو بی جے پی کے بڑے سیاسی بیانیے کے مطابق ہے۔ چگ نے کہا کہ ان کی پالیسیوں نے جموں و کشمیر کے بڑے مسائل کو حل نہیں کیا اور خطے کو مسلسل مشکلات میں مبتلا رکھا۔”یہاں تک کہ گاندھی اور نہرو کی وراثتوں نے اس جاری ہنگامے میں حصہ ڈالا ہے۔ ماضی کی غلطیوں کو نہیں دہرایا جانا چاہیے۔ ہم ان تاریخی غلطیوں کو درست کرنے اور جموں و کشمیر کو امن و خوشحالی کے نئے دور میں داخل کرنے کے لیے پْرعزم ہیں،“۔چگ نے کہا۔

چگ کی تقریر بی جے پی کی جانب سے جموں و کشمیر میں اپنی سیاسی موجودگی کو دوبارہ تشکیل دینے کی وسیع کوشش کا حصہ ہے، جہاں اسے ہمیشہ قدم جمانے میں مشکلات کا سامنا رہا ہے۔ 2019میں آرٹیکل 370کے منسوخی کے بعد، بی جے پی نے خود کو مضبوط قیادت اور فیصلہ کن اقدامات کی پارٹی کے طور پر پیش کیا ہے۔

وزیر اعظم مودی کی قیادت میں، بی جے پی نے جموں و کشمیر کو ایک ترقی پذیر خطے کے طور پر پیش کرنے پر زور دیا ہے، جہاں اقتصادی ترقی، انفراسٹرکچر میں سرمایہ کاری اور دہشت گردی کے خلاف کارروائی پارٹی کے پیغام کا مرکزی حصہ بن گئے ہیں۔

چگ نے کہا، ”جموں و کشمیر کے عوام تقسیم کی سیاست سے بہتر کے حقدار ہیں۔ بی جے پی اس خطے کے ہر حصے میں امن اور ترقی لائے گی۔ ہم انجینئر رشید جیسے تقسیم کرنے والے لیڈروں کو ترقی کی راہ میں رکاوٹ نہیں بننے دیں گے۔
