New Delhi – Ration Distribution Program Sponsored by ZAMOTO and Courtesy of Green Institute Research for Development & under the aegis of Ridaa Welfare Foundation,
Ration was distributed in some slum areas of Delhi.

First of all, from 26 April 2022, about 900 ration kits were distributed in Barat Ghar Matasundari Marg New Delhi, after that on 28 April 250 kits were distributed in Yamuna Vihar, East Delhi and on the other hand Agarnagar slum area of ​​Northwest Delhi. Under the supervision of Green Institute Research for Development, Al-hind Welfare Association has funded 1000 kits. And on 30 April 2022, 42 ration kits were distributed to poor unemployed destitute families by OMGSBS Development Trust in Pooth Kalan, Northwest Delhi.

On this occasion, Advocate Naiem Jahan Heena, Chairperson of Ridaa Welfare Foundation told the press that this ration distribution work is being done by Zomoto Limited Company through organizations like us.

Responding to a question, he said that big companies do not know the ground reality that where and in what condition the poor, helpless and needy people live on this earth, only the local organizations know, where and in what condition the needy families are. Huh. It is mandatory for every big companies to distribute their CSR fund somewhere among the poor. Zomato has entrusted the work of distribution of ration to GIRD and GIRD has given the responsibility to the institutions by selecting organizations working among the society on local grassroots like us in Delhi. We thank and express our gratitude to Zomato and GIRD.

On this occasion, RWF’s Chairperson Advocate Naiem Jahan Heena, Rwf’s Secretary Advocate Mohd Asif Khan, Chief Advisor Adv Rajkumar & foundation working Committee Member Adv Jogendar Sehrawat, Advocate Ritu Gurg, Advocate Mohd.
