At this time Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee should have BJP in MCD and Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi Pradesh, both are enemies of Congress, but at present elections of Municipal Corporation in Delhi have been announced and Congress should win Municipal Corporation. – Presently, Congress should create Chakravyu to surround BJP – At this time, Congress should first announce boycott of EVM because “EVM is where BJP is there – EVM protects to BJP – so EVM is where, BJP is there” भाजपा की रक्षा करता है ईवीम-ईवीएम है जहां भाजपा है वहां” and through BJP the large scale corruption done in the Delhi municipal coorporation schools so should be exposed.  But no, this no matter for delhi congress ,so that “chor chor mausere bhaai” anyhow now what doing planing look at, Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Ch. Anil Kumar, in the presence of senior leaders, including former DPCC president Shri Subhash Chopra, who is also the Chairman of the Campaign Committee for the MCD elections, former Delhi Minister Shri Haroon Yusuf, AICC Working Committee member Shri Devender Yadav, Chairman of the DPCC Communications Department Shri Anil Bhardwaj, Shri Hari Shankar Gupta, Shri Vijay Lochav, Shri Sumesh Shokeen, Shri Durgesh Kumar, Vice-Chairman of the DPCC Communications Department Shri Anuj Attrey , Adv. Sunil Kumar, Rajesh Garg and Vikram Lohia flagged off digital vans for the campaigns of the Congress candidates for the MCD elections, which will extensively tour all the Districts and Assembly constituencies of Delhi, at the DPCC office ground, Rajiv Bhawan here today.

The vans, with digital screens, will highlight the Congress vision for Delhi’s progress and development, and Congress’ achievements when it was in power in Delhi for 15 years. The Bharat Jodo Yatra of Shri Rajiv Gandhi will be a main theme of the Congress publicity campaigns through the digital vans, besides emphasizing the Congress slogan of “Vakt Hai Parivartan Ka, Congress Ke Samarthan Ka”, as Congress had made Delhi one of the best cities in the world during its 15-year rule. He said that Congress had won over the love of the people, and now aims to win Delhi. “Dil Jeeta Hai, Dilli Jeetengai” will be the main plank of the Congress election campaign.

Ch. Anil Kumar said that both BJP and Aam Aadmi Party together destroyed Delhi in every possible manner. He said that BJP took corruption to a new high in the Corporation, accumulated garbage everywhere to make Delhi a “Citi of Garbage”, to make a mockery of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Swatch Bharat” Abhiyan. He said that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal not only gave a new twist to corruption, but also made Delhi “Nashe Ki Rajdhani”, and the most polluted city in the world. He said that Kejriwal failed Delhi on all fronts, as he squandered the funds from the exchequer for his election tours in other States, and gave empty promises to the people to mislead them, as his “Rojgar Budget” etc was a mere gimmick.

Ch. Anil Kumar said that AAP candidate for the Adarsh Nagar ward Mukesh Goel has been caught demanding bribe was the latest example of people’s representatives getting corrupted when they join the Aam Aadmi Party. He said that Mukesh Goel was a Congress Councillor for nearly 20 years, but there was no stigma of corruption on him then, but as soon as he joined Kejriwal, he was forced to take the corrupt route as he perhaps needed to give money to Kejriwal for the MCD ticket.

Ch. Anil Kumar said that Congress will expose the corruption and failures of both BJP and Aam Aadmi Party as people were now reposing faith on the Congress to bail out Delhi from its present plight. He said that Delhi’s air and water are toxic, unemployment has reached record level, price rise has ruined household budgets, and the inaction and incompetence of both BJP and AAP were all too visible during the Covid-19 pandemic and economic distress
