Sat Sharma felicitated at party headquarter, accorded warm welcome at Airport

Newly appointed J&K BJP President Sat Sharma was felicitated at party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, upon his arrival to Jammu after being appointed State President by the national leadership on Sunday.

Earlier, Sat Sharma was accorded warm welcome by the enthusiastic BJP workers at Jammu Airport, who then proceeded to the BJP headquarters in the form of a rally.

Ravinder Raina, outgoing President along with Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy Chief Minister, Shamsher Singh Manhas, former President, Vibodh Gupta, General Secretary, District Presidents Parmod Kapahi, Rekha Mahajan, Gopal Mahajan, & Omi Khajuria, Spokesperson Girdhari Lal Raina spoke on the occasion, wishing Sat Sharma for the Presidential Post.

Sat Sharma praised the outgoing President Ravinder Raina for his relentless work in extending the party work to limitless corners of the region. He expressed gratitude for the support and pledged to work tirelessly for the people of Jammu & Kashmir. He assured party members that he would focus on strengthening the organization, connecting with youth, and promoting inclusive development across the region. He said that the BJP has now become a mass-based party with an organized network of mature activists. He said that BJP is now making history every time. He said that on one hand our 28 MLAs are actively thwarting any nefarious designs with in the Assembly and on the other hand our countless activists are ready to resist any anti-national or anti-social design on the roads. He said that BJP is a party with a difference and asked the activists to reflect the same within the society. He expressed confidence that with the support of the party activists, they will work as a team to take the party to new heights.

While emphasizing the need to develop both regions Jammu & Kashmir with the same emphasis, Sat Sharma also focused on the need to further strengthen the will to fight the ill designs of certain forces which intend to destroy the development agenda set up by the Modi government in Jammu & Kashmir. He also said that J&K is an inseparable part of India and the BJP’s MLAs as well as leaders will never deviate from their ideology of ‘Nation First’

Ravinder Raina said that the BJP is the only party that doesn’t believe in power and stands for the ‘right’ every time. He thanked the 16 lakh 52 thousand activists of the party for the incessant support to him during the extended tenure of his Presidential post. He said that Sat Sharma is an experienced and seasoned leader who will take the party to new heights.

Kavinder expressed optimism that Sat Sharma’s leadership will bring new vigor to the party’s mission in Jammu & Kashmir. He commended Sat Sharma’s dedication, resilience, and commitment to the values of the BJP, describing him as a “seasoned leader with a deep understanding of grassroots concerns.

Sat Sharma chairs meeting of Sadasyata Abhiyan

Sat Sharma, newly appointed President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Jammu & Kashmir, chaired his first meeting of the party’s Sadasyata Abhiyan as the party President at BJP headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

BJP NEM & former Minister Priya Sethi, J&K BJP Vice-President & Incharge Sadasyata Abhiyan Aseem Gupta, Abhiyan Convenor Munish Khajuria also addressed the meeting, which was attended by Social Media Incharge Ankit Gupta, IT Incharge Ishant Mahajan, Parliament Vistarak Inderjeet and other leaders of the party.

Sat Sharma, while chairing the meeting said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Union government has ensured the public welfare at the ground level which has secured a special niche in the hearts of people. He said that the party workers have ensured consistent work to extend the party principles and ideology to the masses and subsequent joining of the party by prominent social and political personalities.

Sat Sharma, on the occasion, asked the party cadre to take the membership drive to the lowest level, identify every eligible voter and motivate them to be the members of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

He said that the membership drive of the party contributes to this strong force by adding new faces to the party who subsequently become important assets for the organization. He asked that senior leaders entrusted with the job to ensure the success of Sadasyata Abhiyan within the stipulated time.
