Hyderabad, February 3, 2026: – Olectra Greentech Limited (OGL), one of India’s leading electric vehicle manufacturers, reported a record performance in the third quarter of FY26, with consolidated revenue rising 29% year-on-year to ₹663.60 crore, driven by a sharp increase in electric vehicle deliveries.

The company delivered 385 electric vehicles during the quarter ended December 31, 2025, marking its highest-ever quarterly deliveries and a 37% jump from 282 units in the corresponding period last year, according to financial results approved by the Board of Directors on Tuesday.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter rose 19% year-on-year to ₹97.10 crore, while profit before tax stood at ₹64.07 crore, up 3%. Profit after tax remained largely flat at ₹46.68 crore compared with ₹46.62 crore a year ago. Earnings per share edged up to ₹5.65 from ₹5.64.

The company said its strong operational performance was supported by improved scale and cost efficiencies. As of December 31, 2025, Olectra’s order book stood at 9,439 electric vehicles, while cumulative deliveries reached 3,639 units.

For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, Olectra reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,667.45 crore, a 23% increase over ₹1,352.98 crore in the corresponding period last year. EBITDA for the period rose 13% to ₹246.08 crore, while profit after tax increased 3% to ₹122.14 crore.
Commenting on the performance, Managing Director Mahesh Babu said the company’s focus on execution and efficiency continued to deliver results. “We are pleased to report our highest-ever quarterly delivery of 385 electric vehicles, which includes 24 electric tippers. Our consistent focus on operational efficiency and disciplined execution has driven strong growth in both revenue and margins,” he said.

He added that the company had achieved a key technological milestone with the certification of its Blade Battery packs, a first in the Indian electric bus segment. “Production of new buses equipped with Blade Battery technology is scheduled to commence next quarter, further strengthening our tech-led growth strategy. As demand for clean and sustainable transport accelerates, Olectra remains committed to innovation and market leadership,” Babu said.
