NEW DELH – In the name of making the city pollution free and controlling it, making the environment clean and saving it, and in the name of cleaning the Ganga and Yamuna, the state governments and the central governments are enjoying the loot and distribution with both hands from 1994 till now. . And 80 percent blind devotees are applauding, becoming murderers in the name of Jaishree Ram, looting and killing their own people. And the brokers of some blind devotees create a crowd of blind devotees in the name of faith, sometimes save Ganga, sometimes save Yamuna and organize demonstrations and seminars in the name of uniting the blind devotees and keep enjoying throughout the year by extracting lakhs from the government. It is not known how long this looting will continue. But whichever government comes to power, it will definitely increase the quota and scope of its loot. 
Anyhow –  On Wednesday, Environment Minister Shri Gopal Rai stated that due to the increase in cold and low wind speed, the AQI in Delhi is around 350. According to the scientists, the temperature is decreasing rapidly and the wind speed is also very low. The next 15-20 days are going to be heavy for Delhi. The CAQM had given instructions to implement GRAP-2, which has been implemented in Delhi. Despite that, the AQI at many places in Delhi is increasing significantly. To control it and to implement GRAP-2 rules more strictly, a joint meeting was held with the officials of all the concerned departments today. 
After the meeting, Shri Gopal Rai stated that instructions have been given to closely monitor the hotspots. If the AQI level remains above 400 on hotspots continues for the next one week then all construction work within a kilometer area of that hotspot can be directed to be stopped. All government departments have been instructed to provide heaters to security guards on night duty. The Transport Department has formed 18 teams to check diesel buses at the entry point of Delhi.
The Environment Minister mentioned, ” in the last meeting all the SDMs were directed to conduct a meeting with RWAs in their respective areas. So far, SDMs have held a meeting with 996 RWAs. Direction has been issued to provide heaters to security guards to prevent the incident of biomass burning. All the heads of government departments have been instructed to provide heaters to the security guards on night duty in their respective departments.
Shri Gopal Rai further said that under the implementation of GRAP-2, instructions were issued to the DTC and Metro to increase frequency. The DTC has started 128 shuttle bus services on the congested route and the Metro has increased the frequency by 40 trips. Metro has been asked to increase the frequency further. Also, the DTC has been instructed to hire 1000 CNG private “Paryavaran Bus” by November 10th. The department which is water sprinkling has been instructed to mix dust suppressants and spray them not only on hotspots but also at other places. The PWD has been instructed to deploy mobile anti-smog guns at construction and dust sites.”
The Environment Minister concluded that from today, the entry of diesel buses coming from NCR states is banned in Delhi, only CNG, electric and BS-VI buses will be allowed to enter. To monitor this, the Transport Department has formed 18 teams, in which each team has 6 members, out of which 4 are from the Transport Department and 2 are from the Delhi Traffic Police.
